Tiffany Fields, MPA, CNP, Licensed Lead Risk Assessor, Certified Renovator is an accomplished project management expert with 10+ years of proven experience driving results, leading without hesitation, and successfully managing complex and risky projects. Tiffany also has over 12 years of experience working in legal environments including a corporate legal department and two law firms. Additionally, she has experience working in nonprofit environments. Tiffany holds a Master's in Public Administration with an emphasis in Nonprofit Management, as well as a Risk Assessor license in Missouri, and will also be licensed in Kansas by 2026. She also holds a Lead Based Paint Inspector certification, and is currently working to obtain a Lead Abatement Worker certification.

• Leading change management and implementing cost reduction strategies resulting in savings of over $600K within a global tax enterprise; 
• Instrumental in the successful launch of Toney Law Firm, LLC by managing all logistics of the move, opening and day-to-day business operations for a solo practitioner; 
• One of twelve local Project Choice and Penn Valley Community College students selected to exhibit their business ventures and compete for top awards in the JumpStart/Choice 
• Entrepreneurship Awareness Business Plan Competition is offered through a partnership involving Penn Valley Community College and the Kauffman Foundation.
